Our Patient Service Representatives deal directly with all patient-related issues, whether it is financial or treatment related, by setting up payment plans, reviewing hardship cases, or reviewing issues with the medical directors at our facilities. Patient Service Representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (EST).
In order to handle calls in the most expeditious manner, calls are routed to the next available Patient Service Representative. The Patient Service Representative answers the caller’s questions, updates account information, re-processes claims, and responds in writing, as appropriate, for each situation and according to each unique circumstance. Sensitive accounts are referred to the Patient Service Manager or the Reimbursement Manager for appropriate handling. Patient Service calls are monitored to ensure quality and aid in our training processes.
